The Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace catered to every need, providing amenities such as the L'Occitane Revitalising Bath Cube. I, as a disabled guest, found their attention to detail impressive. Staff were attentive and explained everything, even helping me when one of my bags was missing. The spacious room with a separate shower and bath was perfect, and the breakfast area had a relaxing, luxurious feel.
The hotel felt like a home away from home, with no complaints.

I checked in quite late on the night of 30th July and there was some complications on my part due to which I checked-in further late. However the staff at the concierge and reception were so helpful and were accommodating my request. Due to their calm and composed nature I myself felt very trust worthy staff.
The staff are very pleasant, cheerful and always smiling. The spa I wanted to visit but due to my hectic schedule could not make it.
There was no negative experience.

The staff at the Japanese restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences. Although the steak size was small, they offered additional meat portions, ensuring I had a satisfying meal. Additionally, the hotel provided three fresh apples in my room upon arrival, a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its attentive service and pleasant amenities.

Value: Reasonable prices for Western Europeans and North Americans. Location: Great, despite being on the east end of town, still accessible to the town center.
